On Jan 6 at 5PM Channel 3: My guest will be Mitch Evich. Mitch is the author of THE CLANDESTINE NOVELIST. It is a hilarious novel about a young man's 15 year quest to carry on the work of John Steinbeck. Evich is a Somerville resident, and his work has appeared in the new renaissance, Mystic River Review, and others.

On Dec 2 my guest will be poet Shin Yu Pai. Shin has released her first poetry collection EQUIVALANCE. She is the recipient of a Cambridge Arts Council Grant (2003), and is a practicing artist with numerous exhibitions to her credit.
Nov 11 my guest will be Somerville poet, playwright, journalist, Simmons College Professor, Afaa Michael Weaver. Weaver just finished editing an anthology on the Black Family, THESE HANDS I KNOW ( Sarabande), and has had numerous poetry collections out, the most recent MULTITUDES.

Oct 28 5PM My guest will be Neil McCabe, the new editor of the Somerville news. Neil will talk about his vision for the Somerville News, and his life as a writer.
On Oct 14 my guests will be Lynne Sticklor, Jack Powers and Deborah Priestly. We will talk about the Stone Soup Poetry Anthology that was recently released. Stone Soup Poets, Inc...has been a venue for poetry and publishing in the Boston area for over thirty years. It is currently housed at the Out of the Blue Art gallery in Cambridge. Jack Powers is the founder of this Boston institution.
On Oct 7 5 PM my guest will be Marc Widershien author of the lyrical memoir of Boston, THE LIFE OF ALL WORLDS ( Ibbetson 2001) Widershien will be lecturing at the Boston Center For Adult Ed Writing Festival this Fall.

Aug 19 5:30PM I will interview Jim Behrle. Behrle founded the infamous literary magazine MEANIE, and is also an edtior for PRESSED WAFER, a poetry press and journal. Behrle is long-time supporter of the small press, and has several collections to his credit.

On July 15 Tues Channel 3 SCAT 5:30 PM I will interview Hallie Ephron, and Donald Davidoff (PhD), about their novel DELUSION. This mystery concerns a murder in a tony Boston suburb. Ms. Ephron is an accomplished writer, and Dr. Davidoff is a neuropsychologist practicing at McLean Hospital in Belmont.

He has five collections of poetry to his credit, including Out of the Ordinary and The Latest News. He is currently an editor for the Ibbetson Street Press of Somerville.

On May 27 Poet To Poet / Writer To Writer will have the poetic couple of Harris Gardner and Lainie Senechal as guests. Harris is the founder of the poetry venue, TAPESTRY OF VOICES, and the author of the poetry collection LEST THEY BECOME ( Ibbetson 2003). Laine Senechal is a poet, co-author with Gardner of Chalice of Eros ( Stone Soup Poets),

This magazine has been around over thirty years, and is well-regarded in the literary world. Reynolds and Widershien have some tales to share about the world of literary presses.
